Despite several double digit leads by the Bulldogs, including one late in the second half that reached as high a 19, the Lions were able to keep in close until several made foul shots sealed the win for Tennessee Wesleyan.

With Thursday’s loss, the Lions fell to 3-3 on the season and 0-1 in the AAC. The Bulldogs improved to 3-4 and 2-0 in conference play. The lions are back at home Saturday 2:00 p.m. against Columbia College.
